I created Floresca Retreats because....
I didn't quite fit in to the retreats I saw available. To be honest, they all felt a bit extreme to me. We are nuanced individuals and while I like moving my body, I'm not particularly skilled at yoga. While I appreciate good conversation, retreats with over 20 people felt overwhelming to me. While I am interested in health, I want to eat delicious food and celebrate with a glass of champagne. I wanted a retreat that would offer me sustainability - something that would compliment my life and who I am as a person.
Seasonal Weekend Retreats.
Week long international retreats exploring our world together are my long term goal. However, having two young kiddos doesn't make that easy. Since I am passionate to offer an experience that moms can attend more easily, I'm hosting seasonal weekend retreats as well.

What is wellness?
The French phrase "art de vivre" means the art of living well. Floresca Retreats are a wellness getaway to take some time to focus on how to do just that: live your life well. On a Floresca Retreat, you will live well. Rest, connect, feel. All you have to do is show up.

"I had the time and headspace to reflect"
This weekend truly one of the best experiences of my life. I also want to express how truly transformative it was for me. It had been so long since I had the time and space to really let go and have fun that I almost forgot how it felt. It also took a little easing into for me to feel or with doing something just because it was enjoyable for "me”. I had the time and headspace to reflect how unnatural it felt to do something just because I like it as opposed to juggling the wants and needs of my family while my breakfast consists of the crusts of PB&Js that I cut off the kids' school lunches. Realizing how unnatural it felt to do something for me made me feel a bit sad because I hadn't realized quite how out of balance my life had become."
